A local roaster's online shop. Rebuilt from a slow template into a lightweight static store with a small ordering backend. Page loads dropped from ~4s to under 1s.

Portfolio and booking site for a photography studio. Image-heavy but tuned to stay fast on mobile connections with lazy loading and responsive sources.

A private inventory and scheduling dashboard for a small logistics firm. Boring by design: easy to run, easy to hand over, hard to break.

A minimal writing and publishing tool for a small editorial team. Markdown in, clean pages out, no bloated admin panel.
